1. Services

AskEyva provides academic, professional, and product support services, including but not limited to research guidance, editing, design, development, and coaching. Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

2. Your responsibilities

When you work with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project, requirements, and deadlines.
• Share any relevant guidelines, marking schemes, or institutional rules in advance.
• Use our support in a way that is consistent with your institution's or organisation's rules.
• Review drafts and deliverables promptly so we can incorporate feedback where time allows.

3. Academic integrity

Our role is to support, guide, and strengthen your work. You remain responsible for how you submit and present that work. You agree not to misrepresent our contribution as solely your own where this would breach academic integrity policies or professional codes of conduct.

4. Fees and payment

Pricing, payment terms, and any milestones will be communicated to you clearly before you confirm a project. In some cases, deposits may be required to secure time in our schedule. Work may pause if agreed payments are not made on time.

5. Timelines and revisions

We will always aim to meet agreed timelines and communicate early if there is any risk to delivery. Where possible, we include a reasonable number of revisions focused on the original scope. Substantial changes in direction or additional work may require a revised timeline or fee.

6. Intellectual property

Once all agreed fees have been paid, you receive the rights to use the deliverables for their intended purpose, subject to any third-party licences (for example, fonts or stock assets). We may retain a copy of the work for internal reference, portfolio, or case-study purposes, but we will not disclose sensitive or identifying information without your consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the materials you share with us as confidential and take reasonable steps to protect them. We may work with trusted collaborators inside AskEyva where necessary to deliver the services you request, but your information will not be shared or sold to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

8. Limitation of liability

While we take care to provide accurate, high-quality work, AskEyva cannot guarantee specific grades, outcomes, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

9. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or pause a project, let us know as early as possible. Depending on the stage of the work, fees already paid may be partially refundable, non-refundable, or credited towards future work at our discretion.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. When we make updates, we will adjust the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
